We’re looking forward to another exciting season on the ice at Mississaugua. Below is everything you need to plan your curling year, including key dates, bonspiels, championships, Learn to Curl sessions, and our new social league.

📅 Season Timeline

• Curling Open House: Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Main Dining Room
• Pre-season Ice Available to book online: Monday, October 6, 2025
• League Play Begins: Tuesday, October 14, 2025
• Holiday Closure: Ice Maintenance and Club Closure December 19, 2025, to January 1, 2026
• Family Day Weekend Ice Maintenance: February 14 to 16, 2026
• Final Day of Curling: Saturday, April 18, 2026

🥌 Scotties Tournament of Hearts

January 23 to February 1, 2026

The city of Mississauga will host this premier national curling event. To support member involvement as volunteers and spectators, league play will pause during this time. This is a rare opportunity to engage with world-class curling right here in our community!

We will offer daily tag draws on weekdays at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM for members who still wish to play.

• Senior & Master Men’s: February 7 and 8, 2026
• Mixed: March 1, 6 and 7, 2026
• Ladies and Men’s Championship Week: April 9 to 18, 2026

🎉 Bonspiel Dates

• Martini Spiel: November 1, 2025
• Aldridge Men’s Bonspiel: November 14 and 15, 2025
• Senior Men’s Bonspiel: November 19, 2025
• The Chinook: January 6, 2026
• Silver Cup: February 18, 2026

🧑‍🏫 Learn to Curl Sessions

Perfect for beginners or those brushing up on the basics. Open to members and their guests.

• Evening Sessions: October 7, 8, 9 at 7:00PM
• Saturday Mornings: October 18, 25; November 8, 22, 29; December 6
  Time: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM

🧊 Thursday Social Curling League

Slide into something social

This 6-week evening league is all about fun, connection, and low-pressure curling

• Lounge time after each game
• All skill levels and genders welcome
• Come on your own or with friends. We’ll help form teams.

Thursdays at 9:00 PM

• Session 1: November 13 to December 18, 2025
• Session 2: February 12 to March 19, 2026

Cost

• Members: Free
• Guests: $100 per person or $400 per team per session

Games will take place on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM and on Sundays at 1:00 pm

📝 League Registration Deadlines

Registration for all leagues opens August 1, 2025. It will close 10 days before each league’s start date unless noted below:

• Men’s League: closes September 25
• Senior Men’s League: closes September 30
• Ladies Team Entry: closes October 4
• Wednesday Night Ladies (WNL): closes October 5
• Friday Social Mixed: closes October 7
• CYO League: closes October 10

Curling is included as part of your membership at Mississaugua. Most leagues carry a nominal prize fund fee. Clinics and Learn to Curl sessions require an additional registration fee.
